Google Plus makes it easy to share your favorite moments that you captured on your phone, even when you are not on your phone. With the option to show recent photos from your phone, you can choose to share whatever you want with whoever you want. Share as much (to extended circles or even publicly) or as little (you do have a little circle called "Family", right?) right from your phone or from your desktop computer*!
