Google Affiliate Ads For Blogger Online Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction. This addendum ("Addendum") between You and the Google entity identified in the AdSense Online Terms ("Google") consists of these Google Affiliate Ads For Blogger Online Program (the "Blogger Affiliate Ads Program") Terms and Conditions (the "Blogger Affiliate Ads Terms") and is an addendum to the Google AdSense Online Program Standard Terms and Conditions previously entered into by You and Google as available at https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms or such other URL as Google may provide from time to time (the "AdSense Online Terms"), which are incorporated here by reference.

"You" or "Publisher" means any entity identified in an enrollment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any agency or network acting on its (or their) behalf, which will also be bound by the terms of this Addendum and the AdSense Online Terms. Your participation in the Blogger Affiliate Ads Program is subject to Google's prior approval and Your continued compliance with this Addendum and the AdSense Online Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms, then the Blogger Affiliate Ads Terms will control over the AdSense Online Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning set forth in the AdSense Online Terms. Any reference to the "Program" in the AdSense Online Terms also refers to the Blogger Affiliate Ads Program where appropriate.

Restricted Use Within Blogger platform. Blogger Affiliate Ads may only be used on blogs within the Blogger platform, and only on Blogger accounts opted in to the Affiliate Ads program.

Invalid Conversions. Conversions (purchases or other qualified actions) generated through your Blogger Affiliate Ads must result from genuine user interest. Any method that generates invalid conversions, or uses artificial means to emulate actual purchases or other qualified actions, as determined by Google in its sole discretion, is strictly prohibited. These methods include but are not limited to using an expired or stolen credit card for purchases, buying and returning items to earn commissions, submitting registrations with false information, self-inflating, duplicating or stealing registrations, or using a device, program, robot, or other means to emulate actual purchases or other qualified actions.

Payment Terms

Adjustments to Earnings. The earnings that are reported to you through the Blogger dashboard are preliminary, pending adjustments by Google and advertisers participating in the Blogger Affiliate ads program, at Google’s and the advertisers’ discretion.

Timing of Payment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the AdSense Online Terms, Google will pay You within thirty (30) days after the end of the month in which Google has received the relevant payment from the applicable advertiser, as allocated and determined by Google.

Chargebacks. In addition to Google's rights to withhold payment or charge back Your account provided in the AdSense Online Terms, Google is authorized to charge back any amount paid to You as directed by an advertiser or as a result of Your breach of this Addendum.

Personal Information. You represent and warrant that You will not pass to Google any personally identifiable user information through tracking links or any other means.

Entire Agreement. This Addendum, together with the AdSense Online Terms, is the parties' entire agreement relating to the Blogger Affiliate Ads Program and terminates and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject.

Termination. This Addendum will automatically terminate with immediate effect on expiry or termination of the AdSense Online Terms.
