Microsoft might be getting it right

This quote from a new york times article inspires hope in Microsoft's ability to innovate:

“It’s not just about software,” said Albert Shum, general manager of the design studio for Windows Phone. “It’s about the whole end-to-end experience.” 

But in answer to the age-old question from toddlers in the backseat, I have to say "not yet."
