Rebate is not worth it if you were not going to buy it anyway

True story? Eh? http://crm.dynamics.com/online/default.aspx
It competes directly against Business One by SAP AG.

Just look at the superscripts in this one sentence:
Get USD $150 cash1 per license2 off Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

And the fine print just tucked away:
  • See Offer Terms and Conditions for complete details.
  • 1.) The USD $150 shall be paid in US Dollars to companies located in the United States and for companies located in Canada, the USD $150 will be paid in Canadian Dollars at an exchange rate to be set by the Promoter. Taxes and payment related costs (i.e. wire transfer fees), if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please allow three (3) months for fulfillment. USD$150 cash or comparable amount in Canadian currencies where Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is offered.
  • 2.) This promotion begins on August 29, 2011, and ends on March 31, 2012 or while supplies last and is limited to companies located in the United States and Canadian that acquire a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 500 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licenses. Companies must commit to a minimum of a two (2) year Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription license contract for each Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription license acquired under this promotion.
This offer promotion is non-transferable and is not combinable with other Microsoft rebates or offers. Microsoft reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice. The USD $150 shall be paid in US Dollars to companies located in the United States and for companies located in Canada, the USD $150 will be paid in Canadian Dollars local currency at an exchange rate to be set by the Promoter. See Offer Terms and Conditions for complete details.
Honestly, I don't think the rebate is worth it unless you were switching to Dynamics anyways.

Also deal breaker:

We're sorry!
