This came as a response to a quote from Newt Gingrich, who said
Who is writing Gingrich's speeches? Seth McFarlane or his manatees? Does Gingrich's writers know that the US is a secular country?

To say that USA will become secular is just simply stupid. I can't even start talking about how stupid it is to talk about a secular atheist state because atheists are not necessarily secular. Being atheist means "atheism is simply the absence of belief that any deities exist". Being secular is not that. It is just a separation from religion. There is a difference between keeping the state and religion separate and turning everyone atheist.
Do Christians in America even subscribe to the idea of separation of church and state anymore?
