When you make rape jokes, you generally don't point at someone and say "hey you got raepd" or "Hey you are a raepist" Yes I know I misspelt those words on purpose. The Sarah Silverman joke wasn't directed at any particular person. It was just a joke.
That is completely different from pointing at someone's face sand saying, "Hey, you are a jew. You must have a pouch of gold. Give it to me." If you think you've heard this example before, the reference is from south park.
