Who is primarily responsible for bribery, those who take bribes or those who pay bribes? Why aren't public officials held more responsible? If I took millions in bribes and the penalty was for me to pay a few thousands dollars and go to jail for a couple of years and I could be a free millionaire, that seems pretty tempting. I know it is easy to blame wall street and those carpet baggers but your representatives are the most to blame in this case.
