Ron Paul's Opt-Out Offer: Pay 10% to Get the Government Off Your Back?

I don't know what to say about this one. Who are the only people who would opt out? The only people who opt out are people who would benefit from such a plan.

There are some good points here. I honestly applaud Dr Ron Paul for bringing them up. However, I think he is terribly misguided. He talked about road tax going into the general fund. Well, let's fix that. Let us focus on change we can deliver, not some pie in the sky.
